Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of an Operations Administrator:

 

Responsible for supporting the needs of the National, Regional & District Operations team and Liberty Military Housing. The Operations Administrator is a liaison between the National support departments, region leadership and district office teams, working to ensure all levels of the organization are supported by providing timely updates and solutions to challenges.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and track progress for various projects, providing updates as requested.
  • Calendar management, scheduling/coordination of details for meetings with internal and external contacts.
  • Scheduling and assisting with preparation for meetings, interviews, assist with planning events, etc.
  • Organization and maintenance of information that may be sensitive, confidential or technical in nature
  • Exercising good judgment to effectively manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Attending and participating in designated calls and meetings, with the ability to travel (both local and nationwide).
  • Producing general correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Oversee the organization, storage and retention of physical and digital documents.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings.
  • Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various locations for work purposes.
  • Assist and support national, regional and district operations and special projects as assigned.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Need for Success: 

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience ·Real Estate or Property Management experience a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience or comparable.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, business partners, executive and leadership staff.
  • Strong computer and software knowledge: Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) calendar management software, Zoom, Teams, Yardi (a plus) etc.
  • Proven ability to review data and create and maintain charts in Excel
  • Ability to type meeting minutes as they occur for immediate distribution post meetings.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.

  • Ability to travel (local and nationwide) 10-20% of the time.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • The position requires mobility within the office. Constantly operates a computer, phone and other office machinery such as a scanner and copy machine.
  • Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities.
  • Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.
  • Must be able to deal with a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment, including handling multiple tasks on a daily basis.
  • Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle or electrical cart.
  • Team member must fulfil the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules and procedures of the company, including those set out in the Team Member Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or writing) to team members.

Pay Range $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus bonus
