Responsibilities

As Marketing and Communications Administrator for Liberty Military Housing, you will support the marketing and communications team by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

 

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage and optimize the project pipeline using project management software to ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and update the company’s marketing and communications materials and collateral.
  • Manage bulk ordering processes and track orders for national campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing and communications projects.
  • Conducted audits for internet listing sites, company internal and external websites, and government and military websites.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department, such as: scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing agendas, reports, and presentations.
  • Receive all invoices and work with Accounting on PO creation.
  • Generate and manage various marketing and communication reports.
  • Assigned administrative duties as needed.
  • Oversee and manage email inbox (info@livelmh.com).
  • Handle and forward Marketing and Communication IT tickets to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Event Coordination: Planning and organizing team meetings and events.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as directed.
  • Exhibit punctuality and dependable attendance record.
  • Exhibit professional dress on a daily basis. 

Qualifications

What You Need for Success:   

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred. 
  • 2+ years of office administration experience required. Exposure to the multi-family property management industry and/or Marketing and Communications is a plus. 
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. 
  • Must have skills in customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multi-tasking, and written and verbal communication with a high level of organization and balance. 
  • Ability to be a positive team player and contribute to the team environment effectively and positively. 
  • Ability to be self-reliable and take initiative and ownership with assigned tasks and responsibilities. 
  • Strong attention to detail is critical. 
  • Effective communication and interaction with vendors, co-workers, and management to exchange or convey information and receive work direction. 
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor in all business interactions, under all circumstances. 
  • Proficiency and working knowledge of personal computers: keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat, and other marketing and communications software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, CRM tools), etc. Technology savvy and a quick learner is a plus.   
  • Organize and maintain design files, branded collateral, and video content on OneDrive.  
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.   
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle (valid license and insurance required). May require use of personal vehicle. 
  • Must have effective time and task management skills. 
  • Must have ability to exercise good judgment and use discretion/confidentiality when necessary. 
  • Must be able to deal with a constantly changing work environment, including handling multiple tasks daily. 
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.  
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. 
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $31.00 Hourly
