Responsibilities

As an HRIS Analyst for Liberty Military Housing, you will support our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring that our Workday configuration aligns with business processes and enhances user experience. This individual will be responsible for assisting in configuration, maintenance, enhancement, efficiency and effectiveness of various HR Information Systems including Workday HCM, iCIMS (ATS) and other systems. This role works closely with Payroll and HR, IT, and other departments to analyze, implement, and maintain solutions that support key HR functions, such as onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, leaves, employee data management. 

 

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

System Configuration and Management: 

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Time and Absence, etc.) 
  • Implement Workday system changes, including business process design, configuration, testing, documenting runbooks, and regression testing 
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance including Workday, ICIMS and other HR systems. 
  • Test software upgrades to ensure the system is set up to support compliance with company policy, and federal and state payroll regulations 

Data Management and Reporting: 

  • Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Report Writer, Trended Worker Reporting) 
  • Monitor HRIS data integrity and implement measures to ensure data quality and accuracy 
  • Develop reports and conduct an ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, correct pay and tax practice. 
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and analyze HR data to support business decisions 

Project Support and Collaboration: 

  • Support Workday-related projects and enhancements, working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and vendors 
  • Manage system updates and releases, ensuring that new features are successfully tested, documented, and deployed 
  • Act as a liaison between HR business units and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between systems 

Process Improvement and Best Practices: 

  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to HRIS processes and workflows 
  • Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and industry best practices 

Qualifications

What You Need for Success:   

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in HRIS management, preferably in Workday.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM modules with a solid understanding of HR processes. 
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Preferred experience to include Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, EIB Templates, XML, or Web Service Calls 
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, consultative, and decision-making skills 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Ideal candidates are innovative, take initiative, and highly flexible and adaptable 
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task 
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. 
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. 
  • Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities. 
  • The position requires mobility within the office; use of a computer and other office machinery such as a scanner and copy machine. 
  • Must be able to deal with a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment, including handling multiple tasks 
  • on a daily basis. 
  • May require use of personal or company vehicle, or electrical cart. 
  • Ability to independently lift/carry supplies or equipment up to 30 lbs. 
  • Must be willing to work indoor/outdoor environments, in all weather conditions, and potentially hazardous conditions. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overnight travel as required and respond to emergency situations. 

 

Pay Range: $98,000 - $120,000 Annually.

This is an Onsite 5 days/week Position.
