A Day in the Life of a Benefits Manager:
As a Liberty Military Housing Benefits Manager, will oversee the administration, and continuous improvement of Liberty’s employee benefits programs. This role will lead benefits operations in a multi-state environment, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to deliver competitive, cost-effective offerings that support employee well-being and organizational objectives.

What You Need for Success:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and management, ideally with multi-state experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS, benefits administration systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of health and welfare plans, leave management (FMLA), and compliance requirements
• Experience managing HSA/FSA programs and wellness initiatives
• Proven ability to partner with leadership on strategic benefits planning and vendor management
• Experience analyzing benefits data, trends, and cost structures
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Certifications such as CEBS, CBP or SHRM a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Demonstrated experience managing confidential information with discretion

Compensation Range : $125K- $135K Annually plus bonus.
